Is the Eastern Element 2008 a good beginner bike?

I’m new to bmx and need a good bike for street. Is the element a good beginner bike? Is it meant for street riding? I’m 5’7″ and danscomp says I need a top tube of 20 – 20.5. Does .25 make a big difference? If so could you recommend a good street bmx bike for me. By the way I ride downhill mtb and am pretty experinced so if it makes a difference.

yeah actually .25 makes a difference, dont listen to them haro sucks, the element is pretty good but for a beginner you could get something like the eastern traildigger or shovelhead…hope that helps
