1986 honda shadow timing?

ok my honda shadow bobber motor was disassembled a few days ago to change the shift forks i changed them and reassembled the motor and reinstalled it back on the bike bike the bike will not run properly it back fires, i know the timing is off but i just cant find the exact cam position when setting it with the dial behind the side cover all i need help with is where exactly do i line the cams up with is it…. f, f1, or f-t and for the rear cylinder is it r, r1, or r-t???????? please help I REALLY WANNA RIDE THIS SUMMER LOL

I’m a professional motorcycle mechanic and I cannot time the cams on that engine without a shop manual in front of me.
It’s a complex procedure.
Pray you didn’t bend any valves

This isn’t how to set the timing, but it will give you an idea of what’s involved.
Turn the flywheel to bring the front piston to TDC and line up the cam sprocket marks.
Rotate the flywheel counterclockwise 260 degrees and line up the flywheel at R1 – line up the cam sprocket marks.
I don’t know the # or the correct procedure.
